Routine Health Check / Assessment
Our Nurses are responsible to remind/ update eligible patients about their health check/ assessment. We offer a range of health check/ assessments such as,
- Indigenous health assessment
- 75 plus health assessment
- Heart health check
- Mental health checks
- Circulation test, etc.
Routine health checks and assessment are bulk- billed for eligible patients. Please check with our clinical staff to find out if you are eligible.
